Im sick and Twited and Im not gonna take I anymore- Rupaul
So yesterday was the Rupauls drag race season 5 reunited and it was amazing. I have a few complaints about some of the queens dresses and why was Detox in black and white?
Rupual of course looked ravishing in a beautiful white gown. Cincinnati’s own Penny tration came out in this terrible body suit that was made out of the material from the final dress she wore during her elimination and it had a silver shimmer belt and a matching “Ongina” style hat. Coco Montrese looked fabulous in her green mermaid gown with lime green feaher detail on the shoulders and golden blonde finger waves. She looked like a classic lil kim. I noticed that Melissa Edwards had her over bite correct and she looked fabulous. No T, No shade honey, you really do look great. Monica Beverly Hills had on a beautiful pink flowy dress that complimented her skin and hair. She looked absolutely fabulous. Vivienne pinnay wore a red sequin gown and was still as pretty as ever, she looks like a real women and her make up was on point. Her and Monica are working for cosmetic lines since the show. Great job ladies. Honey Mahogany stole the show with that new body and that bomb red corset and chiffon dress. Lenasha Sparks the Puerto Rican bombshell was super sexy. J ade Jolie came dressed as a rainbow unicorn, I was not a big fan. I know that’s her thing but the style and the shape did nothing for her. Ivy Winters is my design idol I love her style. She is so out of the box.
They also showed the divas that paved the way for the drag queens of today dating all the way back to the 40s. Uhh Latoya Jackson ugh, she annoys me, and that damn velvour catsuit with that sequin jacket was awful.
“It must be jelly cuz jam don’t shake” They had a #peanutbutterpeanutbutter dance break down with a dozen shirtless and pantless guys twerkin and poppin. Yessssss!!!! I love a man that can dance.
The final 3 ladies returned to the stage all glammed up and looking amazing. Jinx Monsoon had on a butterfly bedazzled yellow and orange chiffon gown, Roxxxy Andrews had on a mirror jeweled one piece and blazer showing all that bawwwwdy. And Alaska wore a soft pink body hugging gown and matching hair.
My girl Ms. Latrice Royal (season 4 miss congeniality) presented this year’s miss congeniality Ivy Winters. Congrats girl #sissythatwalk
It was great to see past season queens come on the stage and join this season’s contestants. With them was Sharon Needles, Raja Sutan, Tyra Sanchez, Chad Michaels, BB Zahara
And the winner is…..
